I’ve been meaning to revisit Alan Wake. It’s been a while. I remember "Track 03 – Welcome to Bright Falls" being a phenomenal thematic cue.

This score has the same mood as the game ‘Mirror’s Edge". Very ambient-driven, but in it’s own way.
Man, the track ‘Dodging Bullets’ certainly has this nice 90’s techno-feel to it right in the middle of the track(from 1:50min). Kinda reminds me strongly of The Prodigy’s No Good(Start the Dance) song 🙂

Just finished the game. The sound work in this game is amazing with headphones. Especially when using the time abilities.

I don’t think the music from the series is on this soundtrack. That one was done by John Kaefer.

Don’t know if that would bring much new actually.
I was really suprised to hear there was so much on the CD after finishing the game. While in the game it’s more like cluttered sound design and underscore. Everything is mixed randomly according to your actions and abilities. There aren’t really "epic" standout musical music in the game except the last track which is the inception sounding ending cutscene
