problems galore here!

ok, now that i solved those two issues, im pretty happy with how awesome i am on this game file. i have John (Sabin) with 9999 Hp level 96 and like 928 Mp. But now that i have the relic ring….what do i do with it? i know the doom+relicring=heal thing, but what else is there to it?

Lol and I know how to get a cursed ring, but what does it do and whats it called when you uncurse it? (how do you uncurse it)

Ok, the final problem is where do you get an aura lance? i need one so i can get a sky render for cyan.

The cursed ring is pointless. It does not uncurse.

yea this has been answered in another thread only the curse shield turns into the pala shield the cursed ring was just a little teaser :P.As for the aura lance i think when u return to narshe and everything is locked (the time when u get ragnarock) u can steal it or win it from one of the monsters there.Hope that helps

unfortunately i am way past that and i missed the ragnorok sword and only recently figured out about illumina. and yeah thats what i thought, i never saw any different ring names. that sucks. but i dont understand soemthing. howcome if you leave it as an esper its permanent? why cant you just take it back to him and get the sword? that was a completely unexplained piece of shit on that part of the game, because i would have to get to that part of the game again just to get there and lose my paladin shield on my other game

lol and i found an aura lance by killing something in kefkas tower and i got the sword already by kiling the skull dragon so now my sabin dude can duel wield them. i still wish i could use illumina though. tell me what it does and i might get the motivation to play for it again.

that really pisses me off. the ragnorok esper is pointless. who cares about items? you can buy/find them anywhere. thats gay because paladin shield teaches you ultima at the same rate and so really thats just cursing yourself, but very unforunately for me i did not know that at the time.

anyway, does the relic ring just pretty much turn your guy into a zombie?

well the illumina i !Think! teaches you ultima but i honestly cant remember at the moment also it is a really good weapon i remember Locke using it against Kefka, also the esper is mostly just for completness, i hear somwhere u can get the ragnarock sword again somewhere not too sure where though, i don’t really wanna start a debate about that.Hope that helped.

The esper Ragnarok teaches you the spell Ultima, and once you get everyone to learn Ultima, nothing can stand in your way. It can’t be reflected off an enemy and it usually causes about 9999 hp damage. Forget the sword; the magicite is the way to go, because with it you can do a barrage of Ultimas in the final battle nonstop and you win with a cinch.
