Power pop and electropop are very different. Try bands like Motion City Soundtrack and Panic! at the Disco, they have a similar sound to Hellogoodbye (especially MCS). As for electropop, check out The Postal Service, Zoot Woman, and Hot Chip.
An interesting clash between the genres is a band called The Medic Droid.
