At popular demand, I decided to take matters into my own hands and make it available for everyone. It’s at MegaUpload.

You can easily download the .USF files, and then play them with vgmstream.
I wouldn’t mind doing this, but I’m swamped. Plus I think the process itself isn’t that hard for anyone to do by themselves.
