You’ll probably need foobar2000 (https://www.foobar2000.org/), probably with the USF Decoder Component (https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_input_usf) to play/convert them.

Good in all but some notable flaws. Stadium 1 doesn’t have the surfing Pikachu theme and the Amnesis Psyduck music.
Also 2 of the files in Pokemon Stadium 2 are corrupted.
