I love reading poems.
Please post your poem here so people can read them. And please dont mock the work. Thank you.

Ok there is one me and a friend made up about our best friend.

They say that eyes are like a window to the soul
or to your feelings.
When I look into her eyes all I see is pain.
She will say that she is fine and
that she will be alright,
she will even smile.
But that smile never seems to reach her eyes.
Her eyes are like a book
but first you have to learn how to read them.
She always looks to the ground or
hangs her head low so you can’t see her eyes.
If you ever ask her what is wrong
she will say "nothing everything is fine",
but if you look into her eyes you will see
that she is in pain or is sad.
Her eyes are like a book.
First you have to learn to read them.

You would understand if you saw her. She as deep eyes full of emotion so much that you can tell what she is feeling.

Who made your eyes like this?
They were once full of life.
Now they are dead.
Who made your eyes like this?

But it isn’t. It has no rhythm and pointless caesura.

Oooooh, pretty. I think that these people will look for any excuse to critisize. I thought it was great, so full of meaning. I have a friend like that. She naver talks about her problems, though she really should.

Its called CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. No one is poking fun at the poem, they’re just pointing out ways to make it better. You don’t post poems/fan fics/stories here for people to say "WOW GREAT", otherwise you’ll never get any better.

In the land of yesterday,
there a dove shall fly away.
Over the earth and through the sky,
it shall go I shalt not cry.
For there will come a time,
for that dove to make its rhyme.
And when it comes to break the seal,
forever its love, I shall feel.
