I had a hell of a time logging in because I had forgotten my password and to retrieve it, and I had to answer what company made the SNES. (Apparently "Nintendo" is wrong?) I don’t see how answering that question is relevant to password retrieval, and if I hadn’t remembered my password, I would have just created another account to get around it, which seems really inefficient.
Is there a reason the question is there?

it’s to stop bots from going through the process. nintendo is the correct answer, it should work fine.
