He was acting in the series. Some friends of mine went to see him last year (or was it the year before?) and he was nothing like the Ozzy you see on the Osbournes. It’s an act, the same way Jessica Simpson’s "chickeny tuna" was an act.

yeah, i’ve been enjoying it.

Yeah, that is kinda weird, i personally think that it’s the fact he has mild parkinson’s and the drugs…so many drugs.
But, you gotta realize, you use different vocal cords when you sing…so…eh.
