there’s a dog standing in the way of a door.
And it’s an entrance cuz’ you can see a red triangle^^

The dog is there to block the entrance to the second submarine. And it is possible to get it, and it`s quite simple. Simply, when your doing the sub mission in the game for the first time, lose. But, don`t die, let the time waste out and from there, well, i won`t ruin it for you. So when you go back to that door and walk up to the dog, it walks away letting you access the Shinra Sub.

The basis is this. There is this drug called Marijuana (Weed, Hash, Herb, Sticky Icky, etc.) When you smoke it, you get high. Another effect is you get real hungry because your nervous system is all outta wack so you can’t tell if you’re full or not. Here in America, the slang for that is "Munchies"
