Yeah. Dig up the sector #Whatever key from the Bone village dig site. Then just to the church. It flickers for a second and is gone. Not impressive, really.
You can get Tifa’s ultimate weapon from getting back into Midgar, though, so it is worth doing.
The game doesn’t make you find out that Bugenhagen died? So many things are optional or hidden…where was Omnislash anyway?
You might have to talk to a dude standing outside the Midgar gate to trigger the key being in the site. I don’t remember off hand.

I never heard of the ghost deal, but – they dont resolve so they can make 5 sequels, a prequel, and shit load of remakes on a handheld. but most of all for your money.

It’s not that, it’s just… figure it out yourself the first time through.
In order to get Omnislash you gotta go through the tedious work of the Battle Square in Gold Saucer with over 10,000 pts. (if memory serves me right). Because that can be hard you also gotta have the right items (I remember the Ribbon accesory being one of them. Sorry if that sounds vague. It’s been too long since I’ve replayed FFVII lol.
Anyway Aeris’s ghost wasn’t there!
