If you got permission from the original uploader (I believe his name is Restemat), then I have no reason to object to you posting the link, obviously. It’s just that I administrate a forum that Restemat posts at and the exact same link was posted there as well. Whether you were the original uploader or not (as I have no solid proof you aren’t), I don’t know, but it’s a pretty serious offense over there and staff usually takes some action.

I understand your reasoning for wanting to keep the upload alive, but that’s moot unless Restemat gave you the a-okay for you to distribute this around. I don’t mean any hard feelings or hostility, I’m just wondering what’s up.

Ok, fine. I asked mister Restemat to give you the heads up. In the meantime I’m removing the link so that everyone who’s interested can get if from your board or wherever that link was posted in the first place. I didn’t know sharing a link that was initially posted so that everyone could enjoy the contents is such a big vice.
Actually, the forum I’m at is strictly private and only has around 30 or so members. It’s not a matter of "don’t share the link because I don’t want this spread around", it’s a matter of "don’t share the link unless the original uploader gives permission for you to do so". Some people are hurt when others take their uploads and post it elsewhere and/or claim it as their own upload, I’ve seen it happen.

But since the uploader is here, I guess I should drop this little dispute. Carry on =o

Check out HaloOfTheSun’s thread for the Ocean’s Eleven soundtrack; they’re all listed by composer, so scroll down to David Holmes’ name. He also has a link for the Ocean’s Twelve soundtrack, but I think it’s a DVD rip (still a decent dl, though).

Hmm, I thought I did that. Or maybe he added it since?

Anyway, thanks for the info. I’ll check them out now.
