who found the nova comet a pain in the ass? it took off 9999 on my team mates and left cloud with about 1000 hp. then straight after that he attacked me with his stupid tentacles. which then caused me to die.

and who let sephiroth kill them? i mean.. i tried to let him kill me. but it didn’t work. he attacked me.. then i counter attacked him. so i tried again but this time i took off my counter materia. this still didn’t work cause his attack is too weak. it didn’t kill me once again and i still counterd even though i had taken that materia off. my next way to try an let him kill me is to use the materia. hp-mp swap. then see if he can kill me >_<"

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">I take it you mean Supernova, and that does 15/16ths of your current HP damage to all of your characters; so it has no chance of killing you. The only thing I found annoying about it was it took about 5 minutes to animate. 😡

And I never died to Sephiroth, not even in my low level game, when I was fighting him at around level 40.

the sephiroth you fight in your mind (or cloud’s mind) you cannot lose to… you will either perform omnislash, or you will counterattack him… and what is jello?

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">Apparently even if your HP falls to 0 in that final battle with Sephiroth, you’ll still counter-attack in time before you’re KO’d. So it’s impossible to lose.

like i said you cannot lose to him… but why would you want to??? i mean asaide from the fact that he’s the coolest character… it brings no rewards in the game. and WTF is a JELLO??????????

i dont know what jello means but the difficulty of the fight with sephiroth when hes in savior form is dependent on your level so the higher u are the harder he is to kill and u always counter attack him at the final fight in clouds wind

may be true (about difficulty) but still one KOR should kill him (dissapointing after beating both weapons huh?)

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">I think Safer Sephiroth’s HP is only higher for each character you have at level 99; but even so yeah I’m sure one KOtR would easily be enough to finish him. I didn’t use that in that battle myself and it was still over far too quickly anyway. :p

Okay, the third Seph fight is IMPOSSIBLE to lose, flat out impossible, whether you have Counter Materia or not you can’t lose you have to win.

I don’t know why, but for some reason one day I’m all like "okay I’m gonna give Sephy a break and not do anything for the third battle" so I sit there, waiting for something to happen and then Seph attacks, does about 8000 damage and I Counter anyway! after I got rid of my Counter materia I’m all like "WTF?!" so yeah…..thats meh story……yeah……*walks away*

Safer Sephiroth does indeed get more HP for each character you have at Level 99 and also sometimes more depending on what you do with the final Jenova, but I’m too lazy to look up the exact details on that. It is possible to get his HP high enough that one KoTR summon won’t do the trick, but even then, two should be enough to take him down. Supernova really isn’t all that bad, it just takes freaking forever to watch. I beat the final battle the first time through without even looking at any tips and my levels weren’t even all that high.

Yes, the last battle you absolutely, period, cannot lose.

Forget it. I get the feeling that this M3rcy has abandoned the thread and possibly the forums entirely. So we may never know what the deal is with this "jello" and are probably better off for it.
