Nicos Plays Mikis Theodorakis – Zephyros

Nicos ( Nicos Hadjopoulos ) is a talented and skillful Greek violinist soloist in recent years has become a major international revelation.
He was born in 1961 Naxon. His musical roots are the result of a great family musical tradition. From a young age he accompanied his parents, who happens to be the only Greek who runs with the gypsy clarinet master. At 23, started his career, accompanying big names, veterans and youth, the music scene in his country Greece.
With his violin has worked in all genres , including jazz, classical or popular music .

In 1997 he published his first solo recording, achieving great success and worldwide distribution.
But it is with "Zephyros" where you have the opportunity to demonstrate his maturity and brilliance. In this recording he dared musicar all large pieces of Mikis Theodorakis, maintaining and supplemented the original spirit of the great Greek teacher. From "Z" to "Zorba the Greek", going for nine other anthologies versions.
