I’ve been a lurker for some time and thought to give something back. Trouble is, it’s sort of hard to think of something that isn’t there yet. So how about some lovely Italian film scores?

Let’s start with this lovely collection of Oscar winning Nicola Piovani: "Musica per il cinema". It mostly covers what he did in the 80s and 90s. Quality is not the best, but really hope you ejoy it.

Here’s the only artwork available to me. Unfortunately info about the label are momentarily gone with the physical CD. It should pop up again sometime and I’ll let you know.

It appears to be the 1996 Italian release on Virgin 841617-2.
