A new game based in the FF7 world, called "Before Crisis: FF7" was to be mentioned at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3).

Supposedly it is an "action game" where you play as a member of Tarkus (i don’t know how its spelled in English) based in the FF7 universe. Further details have not yet been released.

I don’t think this is a hoax because it came from a fairly reliable source, and square-enix does seem to like going back into the FF7 world at the moment (FF7:AC).

Oh, one more thing I should mention…. Its for mobile phones. hahahahahahaha

Yes, FFVII: Before Crisis, is being developed. It tells the story of the Turks beginnings and how they came to be. In the game, you play as the Turks.

It isn’t a hoax…

……………old news

I could say something in response to this news, namely what I said to the person who told me about it (Enkidoh).

But I won’t……

Why? My disgust and horror for a new FFVII game, EVEN if it is a prequel, fills me with nothing but dread.

I’ll shove that into the FFVII forum. And as I said in the earlier tread about this… which was – I believe – spammed and closed… the graphics don’t really blow me away and so…
It’s nice to have a game on cell phones, a game that has to do with a major FF title, and it might turn out interesting, but so far… I dunno. Not yet.

No one knows what mobile phone it will be released for but my guess is the most obvious, the N-Gage 2.
