need help with the R. and E. weaps

lol, ok, i am getting a serious ass kisking by both of em. i have all my chars maxed on lvls, materia, lbs, hp and mp, yet i cant beat em. an anyone help me out pls?

Emerald.

Cloud: 2x KOTR (W-summon)
2nd char: Mime
3rd char: Mime
Cloud: Mime
2nd char: Mime
3rd char: Mime

…and so on. Took 15 minutes, within the 20 minute rule. I didn’t bother getting Underwater materia.

Ruby.

Go with 2 of your party dead, revive them, heal them whatever after Ruby sticks those tentacles into the ground.

Cloud: Hades, KOTR (W-summon, Hades FIRST…Ruby counterattacks with Ultima)
2nd char: Mime
3rd char: Mime
Cloud: Mime
2nd char: Mime
3rd char: Mime

…and so on.

De-equip your counterattack materia or anything which may screw up the Mime process.

ruby is very easy with hades 🙂 against emerald try using phoneix with final attack. when emerald does 9999 damage to all phoneix will come out, attack emerald and revive ur party. but of course must have enough mana.

didnt know that the final attack materia could do that. :laugh:
funny to see that work, actually. get killed, then it summons, hurts E weap and revives lol

heh yeah and since phoneix is fire elemental it should do 9999 to emerald whenever its casted. just don’t forget to keep ur phoneix holder’s mana to high.
