Yep, raw is correct, now find the right Rate from 44100hz or soemthing and your set. you can start editing the tracks when you play them.

Thanks to Addictive of the Eidos Forum for these instructions:

P.S.: these will only work for the PC version..

1. Download from www.rarewares.org/ogg.php this file:
oggenc2.84-1.2.0-generic.zip

1.1 Extract archive to new folder and you’ll find oggenc2.exe file.

2. Now copy the MUSIC.SAB" file in that same folder where oggenc2.exe is.

3. In that same folder create new text document and write:
"oggenc2 –raw MUSIC.sab" (without quotes).

3.1 File -> Save as… -> Save as type: ALL FILES -> File Name: start.bat

3.2 You can delete that "New Text Document.txt" we won’t need that.

4. Now run the newly created "start.bat" file and wait untill it finishes creating new MUSIC.OGG file. (it won’t take too long but it might use 100% CPU so don’t run any other software)

5. That new MUSIC.OGG will be too fast to listen so we need to fix that:

5.1 Open MUSIC.OGG file with any audio editing software (Soundforge, Goldwave…) and edit pitch to "-12" now save this edited file or transcode it to mp3 with that edited pitch.

6. Cut down this big file to smaller pieces by any kind of audio splitter for your convenience.

Thats it!
P.S. Thanks to SAVAGE from XeNTaX forums for that "oggenc –raw file.sab" part
