Need help, possible glitch?

Hi, I got FF7 for my PC yesterday, and have been playing it a lot. I got to a part I just can’t seem to pass. I’m at the part where you are suppose to go to rocket town and go into the rocket but the door wont open as this screen shot shows!!! I went back to all the other towns to see if i missed anything, I found Vincent in a cellar back at the mansion (yes i did walk back that far). I went into all the houses in rocket town and opened all the chests and talked to all the people, still nothing! Please tell me if theres something i missed or if my game is glitched

PC Versions are rare, well the Box versions I’m trying to find one for myself. I cant clearly remember Rocket Town but I had this same problem, I don’t know what fixed it but you should check a Walkthrough try google: ff7 walkthrough

^ Exactly what I was thinking. Wait until someone tells you to "Go see the captain" before you try and go into the rocket. Plus how the hell did you get FFVII for the pc at this time and age?
