Mother 3 Translation Patch is out!

Downloaded it, but I’m going to have to wait to play it.

Only made it as far as a little bit in Chapter 2 in the Japanese version before I decided it wasn’t really as fun if I couldn’t understand anything. I’ve been waiting for this for a longe time!

Ah just finished playing a bit of it. So far so good. Feels like Earthbound again.

Mother 3 is definitely one of my favorite games of all time, it is great. You don’t need any Earthbound knowledge to follow the game completely besides a couple of insignificant throwbacks towards the end of the game.
It’s miles better than EB, I think. Well worth playing through.

I’m playing Earth Bound right now, so this is being played after EB. I heard a little bit about the gameplay. I have a GBA emulator but I don’t know how to patch things yet.
