I think i have the collection of MK game music except the N64 version of MK Trilogy. Can someone be so kind?

Does the N64 sound any different from the arcade OST?

Yea it does. The composure is still the same but different instruments were used in the music.

Huh,you’re right. I’m not sure I like how it sounds (sounds closer to the SNES versions,to be precise),but it’s definitely different.

I’m afraid I don’t have this one. Can’t rip it,either,seeing as I don’t have the N64 version.

And HOLY FUCKING SHIT at the ripshit insane combos in the speedrun vid.

On a sidenote,which MK soundtracks do you happen to have? Because right now I’m looking for halfway decent MK1 and MK2 arcade rips I’m actually trying to make my own at the moment,but I think I’ve seen a couple floating around.

Yea the quality on youtube isn’t the best since they lower the bit rate and convert everything to mono. It sounds alot better when you actually hear it.

Lol I know that videos crazy. I never knew you can do so many combo variations that fast. Ill upload the ones you want soon the Mk1 and Mk2 ones I have are off the arcade soundtrack cd.

Do you happen to know who ripped it? If it’s Metzgermeister’s rip,then you’re good. It seems to be the definitive one. I made a couple of minor improvements to it,but otherwise it’s perfect.

EDIT: I checked the soundtracks you uploaded. It’s the official arcade OST. Although those bonus tracks you have tracks might come in handy. Those were one of the things I was looking for.

THINGS OF NOTE:

TRACK #29 – ENDING 2
Even though dmkf managed to rip this directly from the code,the version I have ends before it gets to the part where I can loop it,which is why it’s so short.
Sorry about that.

TRACK #30 – DRAHMIN’S ENDING
If you listen closely,you’ll recognize that this track is actually a complete version of track 07 – BATTLE PLAN.
Unfortunately,I am unable to rip the clear track (narration removed and everything) directly from the game itself.

TRACK #31 – REPTILE’S ENDING
TRACK #32 – SCORPION’S ENDING
TRACK #33 – SHANG TSUNG’S ENDING
Again,I don’t have clean versions of these tracks,which I why I had to include the the incomplete ones with narration over them.
Each of these tracks is also featured in other characters’ ending.
The reason I chose those particular ones is because they are the longest and,therefore,provide a more complete representation of the track in question.

TRACK #35 – TEST YOUR SIGHT
Again,I don’t have direct rips,so I had to make due with what I recorded myself.
The problem is,even the longest TYS trial available,LV MAX,ends before the track is able to loop even once,hence why it’s so short.

If any rippers out there would like to contribute by ripping these tracks,I would be immensely grateful.

TRACK #41 – KRYPT AMBIENCE
A collection of all of the various spooky noises that play in the background of the Krypt. That’s just a little something I though would be fun to do.
Not sure if I got all of them,but whatever.

I believe that’s from the Sega CD version there’s not really anything different that I could point out from the MK1 Arcade Soundtrack except the tracks are kinda randomly ordered.

As I said,there is apparently an extended version of this single that has three additional tracks. I don’t have access to my computer at the mo,but I’ll try to upload it when I get the chance.
