Well, if money is not a problem for you, then you could buy it easily on OTOTOY by using a VPN. For example "Hola Free VPN" extension from Chrome Web Store helps perfectly. Just switch to Japan region and you’re ready to go. I bought about 7 albums in this way and everything is fine.
