It does indeed appear to be missing. I’ve taken the liberty of replicating the movie edit as it’s heard during the end credits, here it is in FLAC format (http://www.mediafire.com/file/lgjvroew2q0i0cp/BTTME.zip/file).

It’s interesting to note that VGMDB lists track 45 テーマ Vocal BEYOND THE TIME MOVIE EDIT as being 3:22 in length, yet the edit that’s actually in the movie is only about 2:22. Perhaps they made a mistake, or perhaps there’s another minute on the actual disc. Either way, my edit is done as close to the movie’s as possible, meaning a couple of edits aren’t quite as smooth as I’d prefer, but there it is.
