seems like some people uses other software to open rar files, a software I do not use, and therefore, they might have problems with password.
Try using WINRAR itself do extract it

I always use WinRar but i dont think its a software problem… �Maybe you typed wrong the pass while compriming?

try to see it better. The password is fine, and the extracting file is fine too for at least more the 20 persons that and never complained.
I use Winrar, if that can help a bit.
