A melodic work of Mikis Theodorakis with 9 tender songs on the poetry of the Cretan poet Manolis Anagnostakis, interpreted by the young voices of Margarita Zorbala and Petros Pandis. The second track (Old streets) is based on the awarded music that Theodorakis composed for the Sidney Lumet’s movie, "Serpico" in 1973. Excellent arrangements by the composer, for a rich orchestra that combines the bouzouki sounds (played by two virtuosi) with the flavor of cellos and classical guitars.
