I ‘ve listened to this one (Mr. Holland’s Opus – An American Symphony) live in 2001, with Michael Kamen conducting the Royal Academy of Music SO in London! Even met the man himself and chatted! Brings back nostalgic memories!
Yannis, I’ ve got this included in another CD – The New Moon In The Old Moon’s Arms, in case you want it 😉

I remember watching this movie when I was a kid. The music is so powerful. Thank you so much for posting this Yannis! You really feel like you are traveling through all the eras of music when you listen to this score.

You’ve come through again, Yannis. I’ve literally been looking for this score for years. I have the OST (naturally) with the ONE orchestral piece on it—the American Symphony—but nothing with the score itself. I’m deeply grateful for this. Thanks so much for the share!
