I stumbled upon a website where someone was selling a copy. So you can see some images of the cover.
What to make of it? Fan made perhaps?

But lost them in a hard drive crash. There’s another guy Dadrian Wilson who also did a bunch of covers of Jan’s music and his versions were much closer sounding.
