You mean this one MEGAUPLOAD – The leading online storage and file delivery service (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=0RHJ5X72) ? No, it’s not included there. It probably belongs to some Super Robot Wars music collection. You may find SRW collections shared here in the videogames section.

Oh, another one, what are the songs playing in Mazinkaser promo clip ? I know they are variations on "Mazinger VS Getter" themes, but in that album instrumental versions are quite different and pretty bland overall.

You mean the promotional clip that came as an extra in the OVA series Shin Getter Robot vs Neo Getter Robot where all the major Dynamic Planning super robots appeared, right? If that is the case, they are the instrumental versions of the 2001 versions of the themes Mazinger Z (マジンガーZ), Ore wa Great Mazinger (おれはグレートマジンガー) and Tobe! Grendizer (とべ!グレ ンダイザー), all of them the original main theme songs from their respective series.

As you mentioned, the 2001 versions, in vocal and instrumental forms, are available in the album Mazinger vs Getter: Dynamic Songz (マジンガー 対 ゲッター DYNAMIC SONGZ) released in 2001 by Lantis with standard number LACA-5041.
