Materia ++ Coupling.

Okay so I’m looking for some good ideas on how to couple my materia.

You know?

Like, I know the basics ..

.. all + fire and what not.

But I want some good ones.

Some really good ones.

final attack n pheonix..if u get wiped out pheonix revives u or K.N.O.R and quadra materia if ur in a really hard battle like weapons or what not

good one for stealing stuff

Comet + Steal as well

If you use comet 2 it steals from enemies the number of times it hits them, i think its like 5 or six times, good for stealing off large groups of enemies or bosses if you want to hurt them a lot while doing it

Don’t use Quadra Magic + KOTR on Ruby Weapon. He’ll counter with Ultima and break the chain 🙁

Mug+HP or MP Absorb, with a mega all somewhere. Steal from everyone and absorb their power too.

Counter+Deathblow, with counter attack somewhere is my fav.

I forget the rest for now. Just look it up.

I like that idea

Also Quadra Magic + Master KOTR on one person
Mime on other 2 people
One person with Final Attack + Pheonix

= easy Diamond Weapon beating combination

KOTR + MP Turbo
Bahamut ZERO + Quandra Magic

Its been awhile, so I can’t remember too many of them. But the better ones are the Final Attack+Phoenix and using Quadra+any high level Summon or hard hitting Magic Materia like Ultima or Flare.
The Mega All and stuff like steal works well too.

Why do so many people suggest Quadra Magic + KOTR? That combo doesn’t even work. 🙁

Might have something to do with the fact that I only ever tried it on Ruby Weapon and assumed he was always breaking the chain with his Ultima counter.

Smallblondeprincess was dismissed rather quickly, otherwise I’d ask her to back up the assertion.

Kotr+hp Absorb (perfect combo if you use hero drink)
Counter+mime(use limit break then mime and after the mob hits you it will use limit break again)

wow, all this makes me want to go back ‘n replay the game all over again. do any of you know if there is a way to get it on the psp?

FFVII is available for purchase on the Playstation Network, and is compatible with the PSP and PS3 (and presumably the PS Vita too by extension).
