Luigi’s Mansion and Pikmin 2

Throughout the past few months, I have felt that these games have not been ripped not that properly. Not that Joe Wiewel’s rip wasn’t that good, it’s just that there was a lot missing from his Pikmin 2 rip. I also know that there is a great VBR of Luigi’s Mansion that can be used without SFX and great quality so that the music can shine like the light Luigi has on in the game. So, if someone can find a way to extract these fully, it would make my and many other members’ days so much better.

Hmm…based on what I heard in the Twilight Princess disc extraction thread, these games have sequenced music, not streaming music. As such, they are difficult, if not impossible to extract.

We should get somebody working on this problem right away.

What about those guys who figured out how to extract music from Wii discs?

Bumping this thread because games like Super Mario Sunshine, Luigi’s Mansion, Twilight Princess and Pikmin 2 have awesome music that deserves to be heard fully without sound effects.

Wow. This thread is old. Have we really gone for months without figuring out a way to rip these game soundtracks?

oh, the just view a map of luigi’s mansion during levels and all the sfx/vocals are gone, then you can rip with ease. same for sunshine. i would upload my rips, but i have dialup
