Ello~

I’m looking for the Lost Planet 2 OST. I know there is a few around the net but it’s a game rip and most of the songs have an ass load of noticeable glitches. Anyone know of an actual CD OST or have a good copy?

btw the bad copy around has the songs listed "bgm1, bgm 2 bgm Fl Fl" etc.

I tried using the search feature here but it doesn’t direct me anywhere, so I’m assuming no one here has it up yet or requested it.

Thanks for reading.

EDIT: My bad – The PC version is being released this Oct, so there should be better rips by then. Just gotta wait.

Well, I have all the music from the PC game but they are in .sngw format and I have no idea how to convert them. I’ve researched and simply changing them to ".ogg" does nothing. Any help?

Try using Nova Software’s Extractor to scan for the .ogg inside the .sngw file. Strange, when I rename to .ogg, I get playback on Winamp. depending on your media player, you should know that the files with the larger file sizes are 6 channel .ogg and the smaller, 2 channel .oggs. Winamp can play multichannel .ogg which you can decode to .wav, but then you need to downmix the fat wav with Audacity not forgetting to explore the gain feature, otherwise you get clipping.
