Looking for the Title and game of a song

I have a little problem – and that’s the reason I put this question here and not in the Requests section.

I don’t remember the song, and where it was from. I just remember that it was a Japanese game’s (I’m almost certain it was an RPG) theme and the lyrics were Swedish. Anyone of you havin’ an idea what the song is?

Google says it’s Legend of Mana’s Ending Theme. However, I think there was another one sung in Swedish.
