It’s called Shinra Army Launches a Full-Scale Attack, and is the first track on disc 4 of the Japanese FFVII OST CD album. It should be easy enough to find.

It depends. The actual song is an .mp3 and midis are .mid, so it depends on whether you like the actual game audio or a useless little annoying crap midi. I used to like midis until I found a mp3 site. I forgot the name of it, but I’m sure you can pick it up if you input "Final Fantasy VII OST" on Google. Hope that helps.
