I just discovered Dikker yesterday and was listening to excerpts from this on youtube. How had I never heard of him before? Anyway, I’d love to see this score get a CD release some day – Varese only released it on vinyl.

Additionally, this is a Varese release (i.e. can’t post openly), though since it was a vinyl release, I’m not sure if the typical rules apply.
