gits is prolly the easiest to translate to live action. it’s the most down to earth realistic movie/series with like the most plausible future when speaking of technilogical advancements.

Really all depends on the cast and director. Speaking of which, I think Ridley Scott would make a good director.
now that i think about it. i think it’s impossible to find a real life Major. such awesome personalities don’t exist in real life. and hollywood only likes to breed action bimbos that spew out duke nukem lines. >.<
