Licensed To Kill aka Second Best Secret Agent In The Whole Wide World is a spy/Bond imitation film starring Tom Adams as the titular character Charles Vine. The music is composed by Herbert Chappell, and a soundtrack album containing only two tracks, one of them was the famous Sammy Davis Jr of the same title, and the other one (which is what I exactly want) is named "Charles Vine’s Theme" which plays throughout the film when Vine accomplishes a heroic task.
