Level 3 Key Spheres

I’m beginning to get to the ends of the paths of a lot of my characters, and it’s weird that I’m getting quite a few Level 4 Key Spheres, but I still have no level 3 key spheres. I was wondering if you guys knew the location of any of them, or if you could point me in the direction of bad guys who drop them? Thanks.

Usage- unlocks level 3 lock
Steal- Biran Ronso (Mt. Gagazet)
– Yenke Ronso (Mt. Gagazet)
S. Rare- Ultima Buster (Monster Arena)
Drop- Lady Yunalesca (Yevon Dome)
– Sin’s Right Fin (Airship)
– Sin (Airship)
– Seymour Omnis (End of the Sea of Sorrow)
– Ultima Weapon (Omega Ruins)
D. Rare- Defender Z (Yevon Dome, Omega Ruins)
– Behemoth King (Inside Sin)
– Demonolith (Inside Sin, Omega Ruins)
– Machea (Omega Ruins)
Bribe- Demonolith (Inside Sin, Omega Ruins)

Yeah, I stole the most from Biran and Yenke Ronso. And take your time with the fight, because sometimes they don�t let you steal. 😉

If you take your time there, you can steal about 9 "3 Key spheres". 🙂

To me, the best place for getting them at this time. Later I get a lot in the Omega Ruins, too. :rolleyes:

Omega Ruins sounds like a good place to go though.

Yeah, I didn�t know, when I first played it. But it didn�t matter, because Kimahri couldn�t use "steal" at this time anyway. 🙁

So, if you play it again, make sure Kimahri gets the "steal" ability as soon as possible. 😉

Omega Ruins sounds like a good place to go though.

Well, Omega Ruins is a rough place to go to…..:shock: but a good place to train your party-members…..

But you can�t go there, until you have the airship. 😉

I’ve just reached Sin so the airship is no problem.

And guess what? Now I have tonnes of Level 3 Key Spheres (Sin dropped 2 in each form, which was rather nice of it) but now I’ve run out of Level 4 Key Spheres… There’s just no helping me really. 🙁 I really want to get hold of Ultima and Auto-Life this time round.

I think you can Bribe Level 4 Key Spheres of the Chimera Brain.

I’ve played the part again, where Kimahri had the fight with Biran and Yenke Ronso.

Well, I stole 10 "3 Key spheres", and I’ve learnt 4 Enemy skills there (guess I missed two somewhere before), and my Kimahri also learnt something for setting his limits. He got it, because he was always on low HP. 🙂

I thought, I’ll let you know what I exactly got there, because when I first gave my answer, I couldn’t remember that well. 😉

For the amount of effort, Zanarkand is by far the easiest. Despite it supposedly being a "rare" it’s basically a common Overkill item. I think one game I actually got Level 4 Spheres too (I did something weird like killing defender Z with holy, and dealing just under Overkill). But maybe I imagined it.

Bribing is a sucker bet. You can get Warp Spheres by bribery, and that’s a much better use.
