LES GIRLS – 1957 – MGM – EXPANDED Original Motion Picture Soundtrack – MP3 – 2015

Here’s another MGM Musical I was able to create an expanded soundtrack for using the 5.1 track from the DVD. Unfortunately ths film was mixed slightly different from the others I’ve worked with and not ALL of the incidental music (score) was separately mixed on any of the channels so we can’t have a truly "COMPLETE" soundtrack. And, unlike other MGM 5.1 mixes, more SFX were mixed into the incidental music that is separate than before. I’ve minimized the SFX wherever possible but some tracks do feature noticeable SFX. Hopefully this will not deter anyone from enjoying this expanded release. Please note that the footsteps heard on the number "Les Girls" were actually included on the OFFICIAL Turner/Rhino Gene Kelly release "’S Wonderful" so I felt it was fine to include them as well. 😉

As a bonus I was able to include instrumentals for three of the production numbers. 🙂
