As the title says, it’s from the PS1 game Legend of Legaia.
The composer is Michiru Oshima.
It’s not on the OST (like many tracks) and it’s also not in the ripped game version which contains all tracks including those not on the OST.
It’s a relative long track (3:40) and this extended version is also not used in the game.
