This appears to be some manner of unofficial release; I applied some Google-fu to the question and found this (http://www.discogs.com/John-Debney-Lair-Complete-Score-From-The-Video-Game/release/2505808)…

There is not currently an official release. I believe a bit of the score was released on iTunes in 2007 which is now no-longer available. Kevin Kaska pressed a promo CD of his own contributions to the score, with a few minutes of Debney’s score at the end. Aside from these, the only sources for Lair remain the game itself; the best rip coming from our very own TazerMonkey.

There was talk a few years ago that the music had been licensed for use as library music – which would have meant it becoming available at some point, if not easily… but I never heard anything more about this so assume it didn’t happen.

LaLaLand were also hinting at releasing this properly, earlier this year… but nobody has spoken of it recently and I would assume at this point… that won’t happen either.

La La Land posted on Facebook in the beginning of the year that an official release is still in the pipeline I saw. Since they are still gonna release 4 rare scores in 2013 I hope an official release is one of them. 🙂
