This soundtrack has been requested by a lot of people over the past few months. The game is Kyo Kara Maoh! ~ Hajimari no Tabi for PS2 and it was composed by Go Shiina, whose main claim to fame for some is composing the outstanding Tales of Legendia soundtrack.
