i just got ff7 and i’m right after blowing up the second reactor thing, or whatever it is. is there anything i should do right now. like get hidden weapons, treasures or materia?

Well, i assume you’ve met Aeris then huh? Well, when you get to Aeris’ house, there’s materia and stuff in her backyard. And the shops there are good.

You shouldn’t even be considering important stuff, just make it to disc 2 then you’ll be able to get hidden stuff and ultimate weapons. Not now It’s too early in the game.. Midgar is nothing compared to the rest of the world, and yet it is the world.
Try to get in the honeybee Inn is you are at the wall martk. That’s the only thing I can think of also level up in the slums and get extra limits 😀

The only thing I can think of is when you visit the shinra hq you should look around the lockers for a megaphone cloud should say I don’t need a megaphone. Then later in the game go back their to pick up Cait Siths ultimate weapon

Just open up all treasures, and don’t wory about secrets yet. You can buy better armor and stuff, and do a little leveling up, but save the other stuff for later on.

Eh, you guys forget one thing.. If you get to the Shin-ra HQ, don’t forget to look for the Turtle’s Paradise flyer on the main floor.
Also in one of the houses in the slums there’s one Turtle’s Paradise flyer.. I don’t think you can get back to that house, so.. =O
If you miss the one at the Shin-ra HQ, you can go back there at the end of disk 2.

Yeah, it may not be important but it’s annoying having to trek back. I get those prizes the first time i get to Wutai.
