Jumpstart 4th Grade: Haunted Island Soundtrack

Hello fellow Shriners and lurkers!

Update as of July 2017
There are 2 versions of this soundtrack I am aware of:
1. Mine – includes original Credits mp3, screenshots, and attempted noise-reduced files.
2. elPatrixF’s Game Rip soundtrack – includes ALL tracks and sound effects ripped straight from the game – they are of better quality than my recordings, but still have a little bit of noise.

Feel free to ask me to re-upload either his Rip or mine if they ever go down. I don’t know him, but could preserve his efforts if for some reason his files go down. I could also attempt to apply noise-reduction to his ripped game files if anyone is interested – just let me know.

As part of my search efforts, I contacted the original composer. He’s a really nice guy! One of his messages is below, concerning the original files:

Hi [Dr. Pizzazz] – thanks for your inquiry! I’ll have a look at my box of DATs in the basement, where I’m hoping a rough mix of the Jumpstart 4th Grade music still exists. If I can find them, I’ll transfer those to MP3s and send on to you. Meanwhile, I came across this; 8 Bit Haunted Island by David Guo, a collection of most of those tracks done in 8 bit style.

He never did find the DATs sadly, and converting them would be a real pain. Thus, the soundtracks above are the best option.
