I don’t think it was released at all.

The original creator of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure hated the 2007 Phantom Blood movie so much that he made a request so that the movie wouldn’t be released on ANY kind of home video/media at all.

If the movie wasn’t released outside of theaters, then I think it’s also likely that the soundtrack wasn’t released at all.

Sadly it didn’t. No sense in releasing the soundtrack if the movie didn’t get a home release. HOWEVER, in the 16 minutes of leaked footage, it does use some of the soundtrack, albeit with some SE. This soundtrack also had two of its tracks featured in the second Phantom Blood Movie trailer.

That’s from the 2012 anime

yeah. You just need to read the description of the video to see that is not the phantom blood movie soundtrack.
