Great soundtrack! But I think this is missing a few tracks, for comparison check out the version in my thread.

So I have compared both tracks, mine sounds definitively better.

I think yours is a perfect rip from Amiga and mine an arrange / edit version.

it’s not an arrange neither edit in any way.

it’s an Amiga rip & as said by nx666 it’s not a complete rip, missing tracks.
my rip have 13 tracks & yours only have 10.

nx666 is a trusted user, then please, don’t clam that he is saying bullshit when actually it’s you.
take this in consideration for the next, in checking better or be more humble.

see ye amigo.
keep up the good share 😉

So explain to me why this version sound better? The sound is different, something is different it sound not exactly like Amiga song.

Btw, I keep both version ;-).

prove me, where it sound better , which track & timing,
i compared with my rip i said, all instruments sound the same.

actually, i don’t know where your track "Boss – 2" is coming from, i’d say it’s in none of my Jim Power rips & i ripped almost all audible systems, PCE-CD, Amiga, Atari ST, MD, DOS & SNES.
but i am sure that it’s Chris Huelsbeck but can’t remember where this track could provide from, it’s actually a mystery to me.
hoping people will help me to understand this.

i did not grabbed the nx666 rip, i compare with my material.

The best way is to keep both version for the moment, I don’t know if you hear with headphone but the sound is clearly different (more wide) and less Amiga like, it’s why I think it’s an edit.

With the other version I recognized directly the Amiga chip.

I think the differences in this rip are mainly a wider stereo setting and the use of higher quality interpolation. The interpolation is probably also the reason why Boss 2 sounds different as it can remove certain artifacts that are actually part of the music. In extreme cases this can make whole instruments inaudible, and that’s why I don’t use it as much in my Amiga rips. But that’s all speculation as I don’t know what player/plugin and source files were used to create this soundtrack.

Anyway, no need to be upset about anything. lordsp’s soundtrack is fine as it is and some people prefer higher quality sound over accuracy and there is nothing wrong with that. I was merely trying to point out that there are a few tracks missing. This thread actually kinda reminds me of this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwZaqZaRe78) 🙂
