And another one: "Mt. Gagazet Mountain Road, on a trail that lead to a dead end." Would this be the dead end by the teleport?

When what says that? The faq? There is one on in the house with two men steering the ship and one on Gagazet in the snow.

Yes, the first one is in the cabin of the ship. But not right in the beginning, you must go back there later, and it depends on what boat trip you take (from Kilika, or Besaid?).

The other at Mt. Gagazet is in one of those dead-end paths. Look at the map (right corner of your screen) and check all the ways. The one you are talking about is pretty close to the one teleport. 🙂
