I’ve noticed that none of the game rips for the original Jak and Daxter trilogy (which totally rocks, by the way) are not necessarily complete rips. Every rip I come across still have some tracks or track mixes missing from each, like the ‘Cannon Mix’ from Sentinal Beach from The Precursory Legacy, the music that plays in the Haven Forest Precursor Temple when Jak is being attacked by rhino-like metal-heads in Jak II: Renegade, among quite a few others.

Could anybody do more complete rips? Please?

The game uses a sequenced format that’s rather difficult to rip properly. There was someone who was working on it but I haven’t been able to get in contact with them sadly.

I figured as much. Still, is there any chance it can be ripped/recorded? Or do you know anyone willing to do it?

I don’t like doing line-in recordings for game rips. Most video games are already lossy and recording reduces that quality even further 🙁

Perhaps, but that did not stop whoever ripped the games before. Besides, the rips or recordings on the Galbadia Hotel site (except for Jak 3) are pretty good. After all, you don’t have to do the ripping if you don’t want to. I’m sure by asking around, there’s bound to be someone willing to try. In fact, I am pretty sure a couple of others have posted "lossless" rips of Crash Bandicoot games (which are streamed as well, I think).
