Hm… this seems like a long shot, but here it goes:

I sort of like the work of a Bolivian-American composer named Jaime Mendoza-Nava. He worked frequently with director Charles B. Pierce, who directed many American International B-movies in the 1970’s. His music was almost always better or much better than the films, but the only known soundtrack release was a LP from the 1970 nature documentary (released by American International) called "The Savage Wild".

What I’m looking for, specifically, are two bootlegs posted a long time ago in this blog:

http://themastercylinder.blogspot.com.br/2008/02/legend-of-boggy-creek-jaime-mendoza.html
and

http://themastercylinder.blogspot.com.br/2008/02/town-that-dreaded-sundown-jaime-mendoza.html
But, as you can see, they were posted a really long time ago. I can’t get an email from the blogger, which is named "The Master Cylinder". All I know is that he follows a blog which I’m also in called "The Inferno Music Vault". I also know that some of us here follows that blog because once I directly posted a link from the TV series "Salem’s Lot" (a mono bootleg with poor sound quality) and I was sort of reprimanded for that.

So, like I said earlier, it seems like a long shot, but if anyone, by any chance, got those links at that time or knows who "The Master Cylinder" is so I can contact him, please talk to me! Thanks… 🙂

Hi — JMN was my father. Thanks for the post. What are you looking for?

o_O

You’re his son? WOW!!!!!! Can’t believe my eyes right now… 🙂

Well, I basically admire everything your father did with Charles B. Pierce from "The Legend of Boggy Creek" to "The Evictors". So, between that, whatever is available will be as good as gold for me…

Happy to provide some additional content. I am tied up on business at the moment, but will check back at some point. Take care, Rene Mendoza ([email protected])
