Just saw the film and I am extremely happy to say that it was pretty good and stuck as close as it could to the novel while changing some things. It touched me in the same places as the book did and more. Anton Yelchin played a fantastic Odd Thomas, you really felt him in the role and when he mourns at the end it is devastating. Addison Timlin played a lovely Stormy Llewellyn and the Odd/Stormy dynamic is fully believable. They were a cute couple. Willem Dafoe puts in a strong (albeit brief) performance as Sheriff Porter. Patton Oswald even pops up for a scene as Odd’s best friend Ozzy. After the last few films I’ve seen Dafoe in (namely von Trier films), it’s refreshing to see him doing something not quite so depressing. I really dug the score and felt it really helped a lot of the scenes maintain the proper momentum. I know it hasn’t hit Bluray yet and the album most likely won’t come out anytime soon but if anyone has a promo or anything, that’d be much appreciated. Thanks in advance and in Odd we trust.

I can try and rip the End Credits if you want. If these is a End Credits "Suite".
