Well, once again, I’m starting another ‘Information Request’ thread, in hopes someone here can give me some helpful advice in regards to this anime, Cyber City OEDO 808. Basically, I’m after whatever I can get, pictures, bios, themes anything. Why? Because, as with my first ‘Information Request’ thread, I have been thinking recently (Yes, thinking. Pretty hard to imagine with a person who uses the moniker of Deaths_Head. Still…), about maybe writing a fanfic in regards to this anime.
I know it was released in Japan in 1991, and then released here in Australia in 1996, as part of Manga’s Cyberpunk Collection (The other parts of the collection were A.D. Police (Spin-off from Bubblegum Crisis, I think) and Geno Cyber.).
The initial story about Cyber City OEDO 808, is thus : Three criminals, convicted of multiple and dangerous crimes, are given a chance to reduce their sentences by becoming Cyber Police officers, and doing the jobs, other Police officers won’t do. There’s the volatile Sen-Goku, the silent and deadly Ben-Ten and the computer wizz Go:Gl (Pronounced Gogul.).
