Fly into the flying box, using the ragnarok, if you have it, but first go to Edea’s house and into the garden, Rinoa will appear, and after the promise scene you’l receive a message that Esthar president is calling you, after talking to him, you can enter the Pandora

Well, I already spoke with Rinoa at Edea’s and had the talk with Laguna at Esthar. BUT, I can’t fly into the Lunatic Pandora. Any reason why?

Hmm….uh did you talk to laguna in the ragnarok? Did you have been briefed, it’s not entering the Tears Points, is flying right into The Pandora
